Holiday Opening Times

As Christmas draws near, our production warehouses and office will be closing to let the team spend quality time with their families.

During this period, orders can still be placed on our website, but they might not be fulfilled until our service fully resumes on January 3rd.

Full list of closure dates over Christmas:

23rd December - No production or dispatch. Customer service will be available until 12 PM (AEST).
24th to 27th December - Closed for Christmas.
28th to 30th December - Limited operations (production and shipping will continue, but our suppliers may be unavailable, and we will not receive new stock deliveries. Customer service will still be available but will only be working limited hours.
31st December to 2nd January - Closed for New Year.
3rd January - Re-open with fully resumed services.

When will orders during this time be processed?
On any day that we are open, orders will be processed as usual. Please note that only dates when we are open are considered working days. There may be some unexpected delays due to inbound stock.

Can I contact customer service during this time?
You can absolutely email us, and we’ll respond as soon as we’re back and operating.

Will my delivery be delayed?
While we aim to dispatch orders as normal on working days, some delays may occur due to Christmas-period closures with our suppliers and couriers.

What happens if I need to make changes to my order?
If you need to amend an order, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of your request once we’re open again.
