Shipping and Returns

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order. This time frame accounts for the necessary steps involved in printing and carefully packaging your products. Rest assured, we strive to complete this process as efficiently as possible to minimize any delays. Our all-over-print items may take a bit longer due to the nature of how they are made.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Free shipping is available on all orders of $70USD or more. For orders less than $70, we offer a flat rate shipping for only $9.50USD.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once your order has been completely processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. To keep you informed about your package's progress, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used with your local postal service to obtain more accurate tracking information in the destination country. You can also track your order on our website using your order number and email, or your tracking number via this link: https://alleverythingdolphin.com/apps/trackingmore

SHIPPING TIMES:

Shipping times vary depending on your delivery address and the efficiency of your local postal service. While we aim for prompt and timely delivery, please be aware that unexpected delays within the postal system can occasionally occur. Although rare, these circumstances may result in shipping times extending up to 40 days. 

We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner, and we do our best to minimize any potential delays. However, please note that these circumstances are beyond our control.

We are here to assist you and provide updates on your order's progress. Below are the approximate times from dispatch to delivery:

United States: USPS Tracked - 3-5 Days.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked - 2-5 Days.

Canada: Tracked - 6-21 Days.

Australia: Tracked - 6-21 Days.

Europe: Tracked - 6-21 Days.

ROW: Regular - 6-21 Days.

 

SHIPPING TIMES ESTIMATE (All-over-print items): 

United States: Tracked - 6-9 Days.

United Kingdom: Tracked - 6-9 Days.

Canada: Tracked - 7-10 Days.

Australia: Tracked - 5-10 Days.

Europe: Tracked - 4-15 Days.

ROW: Tracked - 7-17 Days.

 

EASY RETURNS:

We always offer exchanges or refunds on all products. You have 30 days to make up your mind after your receive your products. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please see our returns page for more information.

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our email - sales@alleverythingdolphin.com to inform us you would like to make an exchange. Please include the order number let us know the item you would like to exchange and for what size.

2. Once we have received the request for the exchange we will let you know by email.

3. Send the item, unused and in its original conditional back to our returns address:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will ship your replacement item at no charge to you.

4. Please email us the tracking number of your returned package, that way we can track its return and prepare your new order. We will then email you a new tracking number once your new order has been shipped.

 

RETURN FOR REFUND:

If you need to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our email - sales@alleverythingdolphin.com to inform us you would like to make a return. Please include the order number let us know the item you would like to exchange and for what size.

2. Once we have received the request for the return we will let you know by email.

3. Send the item, unused and in its original conditional back to our returns address:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

4. Please email us the tracking number of your returned package, that way we can track its return. We will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and once it's been inspected and approved we will process the refund straight away. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@alleverythingdolphin.com. 


TAXES OR DUTIES:

All items taxes are included in the price, however some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fee, or anything along the same nature. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. All Everything Dolphin will not be liable for any additional fees.
